Wezizwe Foundation has officially launched its new website: www.wezizwefoundation.org.
This is more than a digital address. It is our commitment, made visible. It is the place where every person who has ever heard of us, wondered about us or wanted to support us can now come and see exactly who we are, what we do and how they can be part of it.
We are thrilled that you are here. Welcome.

Our new website gives Wezizwe Foundation a proper digital home — a place where our story, our programmes, our impact and our credentials are all in one place, available to anyone, at any time. Whether you are a donor, a corporate CSI manager, a young person looking for a bursary, a volunteer wanting to give their time or simply someone who believes in Ubuntu and wants to see it in action — this website is for you.
What You’ll Find on Our New Website
We have built the site to be clear, honest and easy to navigate. Here is a quick tour of what you will find:
- Our Story — who we are, why we exist and the Ubuntu values that drive everything we do. Visit our About page to meet the founder and read the story behind the name.
- Our Programmes — a full breakdown of our four pillars: Educational Support, Food & Nutrition Security, Community Development and Health & Wellness.
- Beyond Matric — our flagship bursary initiative has its own dedicated page. If you are a Grade 12 graduate who cannot afford tertiary education, this page is for you. If you want to sponsor a student, this page is for you too.
- Get Involved — whether you want to donate, volunteer, give in kind or partner with us for CSI — everything is here, including our banking details, volunteer sign-up form and corporate partnership information.
- Contact Us — reach us by email, phone, WhatsApp or the contact form. We will respond to every message.
Our Credentials — On Full Display
One of the things we are most proud of on our new website is how clearly we have displayed our formal credentials. As a registered Public Benefit Organisation with Section 18A approval, we want every person who visits our site to know immediately that their donation is legitimate, protected and tax deductible.
For our corporate partners and CSI investors, our website also makes clear that all qualifying contributions to Wezizwe Foundation attract B-BBEE Socio-Economic Development (SED) recognition. Our PBO number, Section 18A reference and NPO registration number are all displayed throughout the site.
We built this website to be as transparent as possible — because the trust of our community, our donors and our partners is the most valuable thing we hold.

This Is Just the Beginning
A website launch is a milestone — but it is also a starting point. Over the coming weeks and months, we will be adding:

- Beyond Matric student profiles and progress updates
- A partners and funders wall recognising the organisations and individuals who stand with us
- Regular blog posts, news updates and campaign recaps
- Our first official impact report, once it is ready
The website will grow as Wezizwe Foundation grows. Every story we share, every life we touch, every partner who joins us — will be reflected here.
